Weighing room is a kind of partial purification equipment used in pharmaceutical, microbe research and scientific experiment. It provides a vertical unidirectional air flow, with part of clean air recycling in working area and part of air exhausting out. It can make working area form negative pressure to prevent cross pollution and ensure the working area in a high clean environment.
Dust and reagent can be weighed and subpackaged in this equipment, which can control spilling over and raising up of dust and reagent to protect security of outside environment and indoor personnel by preventing inhalation harm from personnel and avoiding cross pollution between dust and reagent.
The weighing operation area is protected by 1000 class vertical laminar flow ISO 6 (NF, EN, ISO14644-1).

Structure
This equipment consists of working area, return air cabinet, air fan cabinet, air out cabinet and external cabinet. The control panel adopts a touch type LED, which can control start and stop of fan to adjust the work condition and required air velocity. There is a pressure gauge nearby to test the resistance of filter, and a exhaust adjust plate in the fan cabinet to adjust exhaust volume within a proper range.
Working Principle
This equipment adopts vertical unidirectional airflow. Return air is filtrated by pre filter first to remove big size particles and then filtrated again by medium efficiency filter to protect HEPA, finally it is pressed through HEPA by centrifugal fan and becomes clean air. The clean air will be sent into blowing box, in which 90% of air flows through balanced ventilation halftone to form even vertical air flow, 10% of air flows through air volume adjust plate to be exhausted out. All the air flow has been filtrated by HEPA and without residual dust in both supply air and exhaust air to avoid secondary pollution. Generated dust in working area will be taken away by steady unidirectional air flow and captured by pre and medium efficiency filters. The function of 10% exhaust air in this equipment forms a negative pressure condition, which ensures the generated dust will not be diffused outside to protect external environment.
